Julie began her career in the real estate industry in 2006 and joined WFG National Title in 2012. She has served TPCAR Affiliates Council as an elected official and has been actively involved in TPCAR and its other various associations in various capacities throughout the years. She is a frequent community volunteer. Julie is also certified as a clock hour instructor and provides much needed clock hour classes to real estate professionals throughout Pierce County. Julie enjoys spending time with her young son Kelton. She is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan and enjoys running, boating, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Susan’s career of 25 years includes extensive and broad experience across the industry. She was a processing manager and licensed agent for a major real estate firm in Portland. She also has experience with retail and wholesale mortgage lending; title and escrow customer relations; market research, REO and account management. She holds a B.S. in Business Management. She has participated in numerous real estate and lending courses, and is a former board member of WAMP [Washington Assoc. of Mortgage Professionals] South Sound Chapter. In her spare time, Susan is a community volunteer. She also enjoys designing jewelry and greeting cards, as well as the great outdoors.

Maschel started her escrow career in 1998 as a Junior Closer closing refinances with a lender’s escrow division. After passing her LPO exam in 1999, she moved into closing purchases and continues to work closely with agents and lenders both to ensure smooth closings for clients. With 15 years of closing experience, Maschel is well versed in many types of transactions including short sales. In her free time, she enjoys reading, video games, playing with her dog Tessa and spending quality time with friends and family.

Carol closes a number of different kinds of transactions, including commercial, residential and refinance. She has 34 years of industry experience, including as a paralegal. She was born and raised in Tacoma, and is a graduate of the Knapp College of Business.

Carol puts an emphasis on communicating with clients and partners throughout the transaction, and enjoys working with people at all levels. She is an avid Gonzaga University fan, and enjoys playing tennis as well as spending time with her family.
